"Art is the language of the soul, and through it, we find healing and self-discovery."

I never, in a million years, would have considered myself an artist. I was terrified of it. I was the kind of girl who had to color perfectly inside the lines, who felt the need to copy another picture exactly. Art brought up so much anxiety for me—“It won’t look good,” “I’m not talented,” “I suck.”
As I began my healing journey, I realized that self-expression needed to be part of it. For me, there is nothing more powerful than art. I had to learn how to be okay with things being messy, imperfect—even “ugly.” In that process, I started to let go. I learned to see differently. I began to trust my intuition—that quiet, inner voice guiding me.
Art has given me a sense of freedom. It allows me to release what I’m feeling and share a piece of myself in a way words sometimes cannot. As I continue exploring this path, I want to share it with you.
Every time I sit down to paint, I have no idea what will emerge. I simply begin—scribbling, layering, experimenting—and allow the process to unfold. My work is intuitive and mixed media, shaped by whatever I’m feeling in the moment.
